The app keep crashing when I log in!!
Application and service
My application and even on the website do not show up my packages, it keeps loading and loading or leading to error pages. I tried to contact the developers but not even a response , it’s been a week, it’s as if they don’t care and you’re desperately waiting for your order and be updated because of the time and money you put in them to get to you. My extra star I gave them is the fact that the aramex shop did give me some update, but even to reach them it is like reaching someone that is always busy and has no time to answer to simple inquiries. Reasonable prices but poor service!!

Needs an update
A decent app, when it's working. Recently, it's been freezing or completely crashing when opened. This happens often. Please fix.

Decent app. Does what it's supposed to do. Don't like that it doesn't remember me and I have to constantly re-sign in.
New app feels cramped
The layout and interface of this new app update isnt that good, feels cramped. Previous version was better. Please update like the previous version's layout!

It will be great if "pay now" feature will also be available on this application. Regards
Needs fixing
The new update doesn't sync with the site properly, it notifies me of new shipment but does not show up under the account!!! Needs fixing urgently
Still just the basic
Please add all features as the website (tracking,payment,complaint,inquiry,contact us,update the profile & update address in the account). Now, it's just a boring tracking app.
Not signing in anymore
It was working just fine last week and I loved the app all in all. Till a few days back, I cannot log in to my account through the app anymore. It keeps loading data and nothing so far. Pls update to grant you back 5 stars.
