BEST BANK!

bankHometown is a good neighbor bank, who is always willing to go above and beyond for customers. The app does a wonderful job allowing me to transfer money between accounts, and to others through Zelle! To top it off, due to me traveling a lot, the app allows me to put travel notifications in through the app whenever I am out of state or out of the country!

Great App

This app is great. The mobile deposit feature is so convenient and keeps me from having to stop at the branch.

App Brokeen

App unusable. Upon loading it shows and error and you can no no further. How can a bank not have a working app in todays age?

Bad bank, even worse app.

I've never seen a bank as bad as this one, they complicate everything for customers and the app is even more difficult to access things, worst bank I've ever seen in my life...

New update horrible

Since this new update I can’t get my app to work. Stays on a white screen trying to load

Still bad.

Recent update in dec of 2020 is still unusable. I can’t even get past the initial loading screen.

New update

I never had a problem with accessing my banking info before updating to new app.
Now I have nothing but problems.

Very true ever since the upgrade there’s been nothing but a problem it’s time to get a New IT department they need to fix their problems or it’s time to start working with another bank

The Call Center is a JOKE

Tried multiple times to get connected to the Sturbridge branch only to be sent to Auburn. They want to compete with the big banks but take zero initiative to insure even the most basic business operating principles.

Horrible Update

I’m stuck on the loading screen when you open the app. I have to use safari. Why even both downloading a useless app?
