Does not work iPhone 10 MAX and does not work with iPhone 15 MAX
Not sure what happened, but has not worked for years.
Updated phone, still no joy!
Uninstalled/ reinstalled, App still crashes.
Thought you guys would have this resolved, it’s been years.

So many still use this product, yet they fail to update the app to support the product and next iOS version. Make me not want to buy any creative labs products ever. Very poor support!Developer Response

Since the last update IOS 17.1 this app no longer opens. Can this please be updated/fixed so I can use the features of the sound blaster headphones that I purchasedCrash

It’s a joke, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to connect with any new iPhone to the best of my knowledge. I was having problems with my iPhone 7Plus. Creative, Please DO TELL why , as a company you’re destroying the goodwill, that has been built up over 2 Decades, with Garbage software?(Plus quality problems/my new Aurvana Trio face plate fell off) I’m at the point of NEVER buying another product from Creative. It’s almost comical, if it weren’t so sad, My 1 YO SoundBlaster E-5 DAC/AMP has NEVER been able to connect with my iPhone 11 PROMAX. There’s much better products available W DUAL DAC’s & Bluetooth, (that works) for 1/2 the price, with METAL Construction. The EQ is terrible and slow. Anything else? If where any worse , it would appear that the Company is headed for extinction. Mabey it is, and Creative will be no more.Show lessUseless
E5 disconnects when trying to play iTunes. I assume to force you to use their music player in this app. Doesn’t matter if you don’t have this app installed, it still will lose connection when playing from iTunes. Stays connected with appleTV and plays for a second before disconnecting so it’s not hardware I’m assuming.Show lessDeveloper Response
