  • Great product very poor support

    Great product but very poor support and app.
    Regularly disconnects via Bluetooth and App settings fails to load settings. Come on Creative engage in your customer base and support your users. No update in how long!! I think that says it all. Basic things...

  • Does not work with IPhone XS Max

    Multiple issues with this app if you are trying to use it with iPhone XS max. Can you please update this app so we can use it with the latest iOS. The connection between the amp and iPhone is breaking up very frequently. The current version does not show that the amplifier is connected and the controls don’t work. I would sincerely request you to please have a look at this app and provide some updates.

  • Great for iOS 12.1.2

    I downloaded this app just for kicks. I could not find any free equalizer apps. I do not have any CREATIVE devices but it increases the max volume and enhances the bass. I get a greater dynamic range on my blue tooth corded earbuds and my totally wireless blue tooth earbuds. There are no useable buttons, but it really makes all my blue tooth devices sound great!!

  • Device does not work with IOS 10 +

    The cable connection option does not work on iOS 11 at all and on IOS 10 there is this awful sharp noise pops up every few minutes.

    Only Bluetooth works.

    This is a 200 dollars device. I think it deserves a better support. Even on PC, sometimes the device fails. There is no replacement, like a newer version of the thing as well.

  • Love Creative Products, but.....

    I love Creative’s products however their iOS software is appalling. This app hasn't been updated in 2 years either which is rather shocking too considering that the Firmware of their devices are kept quite up to date.

    Right the app itself has no option to select “Direct Mode” so your stuck wondering if its pulling the raw audio from your phone or not.

    I have a lot of trouble getting my iPhone 8 Plus to recognise the device is even connected. This is since the release of iOS 12 however it works fine on my iPad Pro every time which also has iOS 12 so not sure whats going off there. Maybe it will resolve itself in time. Maybe you could create an option where by you can force to app to find and connect to it.

    Creative I implore you to make a single Creative Central app that can be used to connect to and configure all of your devices. I have the Creative X7 (with the XM7 Speakers) a Creative E5 and a Metallix Speaker. Having two separate apps to control them is rather annoying to say the least so I think you really should create one central piece of identical software for all.

  • No controls except volume

    I have contacted Creative about this app, which only provides control of sound on my iPad and iPhone, as none of the other controls appear!
    I am also astonished that the control centre I downloaded onto my iMac will only work if the speaker is plugged into it by a USB port.
    It’s a great speaker, but this app is useless.

  • What a load of rubbish

    Just bought the roar 2 and downloaded this pointless app to my iPhone, in a previous review the developers say you can access the equilizer by doing this and that.NO YOU CANT THE APP DOESNT WORK WISH I HAD NOT BOUGHT THIS PIECE OF OLD FASHIONED RUBBISH, please sort it out Creative

  • App is too old!

    Have you planning for any updates?
    Doesn’t support new screen sizes, poor, unstable and really slow connection with new devices.
  • No Equalizer

    What no equalizer on the app?? Pretty useless app for a speaker with so much potential.
