Excellent App, excellent weather station
Things that make this a great weather station and app; very accurate, ability to add additional sensors, App is minimalistic - giving you the needed information without a bunch of clutter, very easy to read.
Free cloud service keeps track of all your weather data. I can go back for as long as I’ve owned this, and see nice charts for all sensor and readings.
Ability to add alerts for personalizing this station.
Had this weather station since it came out almost a decade ago, and would never think about any other station.
I do recommend using Energizer Lithium batteries in the outside / inside sensors, they last forever and no worries about leakage.Show lessHightower007
Unreliable to the point of uselessness
Weather sensors worked well enough for a month or so then the indoor module started needing to be power cycled with increasing frequency to stay connected to the app. It has now been a number of hours during which no amount of restarting the “big module” or rebooting the phone has helped. When it did work, the basic features were fine but the app UI for things like temperature and precipitation forecasts are poorly designed and difficult to read.Show lessan idiotic nickname
My Netatmo Trinidad and Tobago
Received the weather station. (2pcs) for my birthday. Installed them and they worked well. Tried to relocate the units to more suitable locations and the Had some issues reconnecting. I contacted the Netatmo support team and was put on to Gaida and must say after a few messages back and forth via both Twitter DM and email the problem was successfully resolved. My units are back online and I successfully shared the. With my son. Thank you Gaida for you prompt responses despite our significant time zone location differences. Weather Watcher
I have had my netatmo weather station for a few years and love it when it works but when you have a problem the support is nonexistent. You can’t get to help on the internet and they put you in a continuous loop to NEVER get help. Hope you have better luck than me!

Endless setup loop
I’ve spent the better part of an hour trying to get my weather station set up and I’m on the verge of giving up. I seem to be stuck in an endless setup loop. I have it on my network but I can’t set up the outdoor station and every time I try to open the app it goes into setup mode and there’s no way to exit the process. I went to the website for help and the link to the page to show where to find the serial number was blank. This is a miserable experience.Show lessMWGaston500
After 10 years
We have max number of units including wind and rain. All working and reporting, no issues.
Over that time manufacture replaced wind unit, bad battery contact, unit was out of waranty, no issue with support, and email contact process. Great customer service.Central Compound

We purchased the temperature gauge two years ago and the rain gauge last year. We've been very pleased with these products. They are accurate and have given us no trouble. We would add the wind gauge but neither of us is interested in climbing on the roof.Susan Rubendall
Nice Reliable Weather System
I have had this weather station for about 2+ years now and I have owned others but this one stands out from all the rest.
It always stays online and updates the weather station automatically. The only downside about this weather station
Is that it is a bit pricey to get-but once you buy it that’s all you will need to have a good reliable WIFI Weather Station that will last for years to come.

Great product but tricky to install
This app and the associated smart weather station with rain gauge is a great product once you get it installed. The user manual is pretty good, but it wasn't clear to me that you need to reinsert the batteries of all accessories immediately before trying to link them to the indoor base module and that that linkage must take place while the two devices are close enough together to almost be touching. If the green LED is not flashing at the precise moment you begin pairing, the operation will fail. Very delicate process.Show lesstom_ortiz
