  • Great Product!

I like everything about my Netamo weather station. I have a base station, a rain gauge, and a wind gauge. They all work great and seem to be accurate. The app has worked perfectly from day one. It didn’t install according to the instructions, but it seems rare for any software product to do so. I still got it going by myself in an hour or so without having to call tech support. The only improvement would be to make the rain gauge and wind gauge values accessible from HomeKit...they are currently not available.

  • Disappointed and no customer support available

When I first set up my system, everything worked quite well. But, when I have tried to add new components to my system, the app would not recognize them. Then, I was told to download the desktop control program, but that also stopped working. Tried to contact customer support numerous times but no reply. There is no phone number to call. You are directed to Twitter to get customer service. Cool concept, horrible execution.

  • I love this product and app!

I love this weather station and app, especially since it is HomeKit friendly. I can check the temp at my house and I can easily figure out what is happening at my house. If you are making a HomeKit friendly house and you are also a weather geek, this is the product for you! If you get the alert that it is below freezing, you can close blinds and turn up a thermostat, to save on energy costs.

  • Mountain Netatmo

At first when I got my Netatmo weather station it installed just fine. I added the rain and wind gauges. Had trouble installing one of them and after analysis with Netatmo support they sent me a new module. The weather station has been functioning very well since. I would recommend this station to anyone who is a pro or amateur meteorologist. My station readings are used by others to look at the weather in the area when they are away.

  • Works well

A good weather system with only two blemishes. 1) you are limited in the number of sensors it supports. 2) if the app encounters an error reading the current info, it doesn’t automatically try again. This results in stale values until you manually refresh.
  • Love

I have had A Netatmo since the year it was introduced. I added a wind and rain sensor in addition to two indoor stations.

I love the product. It’s great to be able to see the actual outdoor temperature, indoor CO levels, rain gauge for watering plants and lawn.

Being able to see the wind speed, and secure patio furniture and outdoor items in windstorms is perfect.

I’ve never had a single issue with any of my devices although my original outdoor sensor did die after around 6 years of sitting outside every day in sun, heat, snow, etc which is a lot longer than I’d get out of most electronics. Particular if left in the elements.

  • Useful History- Reliable Graphs

Received the weather station as a gift but would buy it. The app is surprisingly good for current and historical measurements. Helpful to see the trends. I like how it intuitively changes the sample time-period based on a pinch to zoom in or out of the measurement window from an hour to a month.
  • Very nice addition to Weather Station

I really like the rain gauge as I can see how much rain is happening right now and the forecast rain and the amount of rain received so far. The gauge empties itself automatically. I don’t have it mounted permanently yet but I bought the separate arm to connect to a pole or something else. Very cool tech. Easy to pair with weather station. It just works. Anemometer works great too providing real time wind information. The wind and rain gauge are installed on a flagpole and they work.

  • Wifi setup buggy

I’ve had my device for many years and happy with it and the app iterations as well. I was just using the updated app earlier today to add some custom notifications. Five hours later and the device lost its network connection, which hasn’t happened since a planned power outage about 2 weeks ago. Following the new app directions to set the wifi and I keep getting prompted to select an accessory from an empty list. The app doesn’t allow me to set the wifi. Now I have a paper weight. Can vendors please make sure to thoroughly test apps before releasing them?

  • Graph data availability spotty

The graphs aren’t always available when using this app.

When I use the Myatmo app, they are able to reliably access the data and display the graphs, so I don’t see why Netatmo’s own app has trouble so often.

After rebooting the weather station, it seems to be displaying the graphs fine now.
