Could use driving directions option
Very easy to use, but could it would be nice to have a directions feature to get from my current location to the parking spot.sSeveriSs
Does not always work.
After parking this morning I created a ticket, no problem .
When I wanted to leave, but couldn’t lock into Parkster to close the ticket so I payed cash.
Now, hours later, I got a message that my ticket is still active.
It cost me 5 times the amount.Jespersanfran

False Charge
I still haven’t been charged so I’m unable to speak on that BUT I have since returned the rental car and returned home to the States yet I just got notified I started a parking in Austria???
How someone started a parking in my account is beyond me. My assumption is the app had someone else type in the license plate and it assumed it was me. I can’t do anything about it because the parking is still “active”.
Unfortunately, I was forced to use this app for parking once while in Germany. Now I’m nervous about the safety of this app and how it is handling my information.Show lessRanger Ernie!
Confusing
Luckily I can translate, but the app doesn’t have an option to change languages. Also I put my card info in and it didn’t take the payment the day I parked. But I got a receipt which generally you get once it’s paid. So I assumed it was taken care of. A month went by then I got a piece of physical mail sent to me, and they said it never was charged and that I owed double the price. When you go to pay it, you can’t just add a card to pay the bill, they make you jump through hoops and add you bank account and other info then they wait till the 17th of that month to pull the money. Outside of payment issues and the language option. The apps fine, just make sure your payments go through the first time.Show lessMe suk
Great App that saves Hassle and Time
The app could not have been easier to use. When a location is park of the Parkster Network, you just park and use the app to record the information and accumulate the charge. If you end earlier than expected, you can adjust the departure time and reduce the cost. If you need to stay later, you can extend.
One thing to note for those outside the EU, load a credit or debit card when you set up the app. If you don’t, they will invoice you. Once they invoice you, you have to pay by bank transfer and credit or debit card is not an option. They worked with me to take care of it, and I am grateful (very responsive customer service), but just a word of caution from experience.Show lessCFOLynchburg
Inefficient
Overly complicated paying process with no option for paypal. The registration process takes forever and the app is overall very inconvenient. Other parking apps are half the trouble and allow you to pay as soon as you’re done parking. Why is this one any different?Shouldn’t havetoleavemyname!
I will never trust this app with my payment info
They use some third party company. That company took my info but has problems processing. Support told me that they were manually submitting payments? I don’t know how since my CC information was in another app. Who are they sharing my personal information with? I would never trust this company again.
Also, I set a language preference in the app, but, they continue to email me to make payments, but are asking in another language than my preference. Plus, I can’t pay since their system is broken.

Do not use!!
A total scam. They will take your credit card info and make it seem like you paid, and then send you invoices months later with late fees. And the only way you can pay is with an IBAN. Use the machine instead of this app!! It will save you a lot of heart ache.Gregg321
