Doesn’t work with foreign cards
I tried to park in the German city of Fuesson. No American cards are accepted. I ended up having to park in a very expensive parking garage instead. When I tried to leave turns out American card is not accepted there either so had to use cash. This is the only city or app in Germany where I have had this issue. Worst app in Germany for a foreigner. Screw these clowns.Show lessAmerican with no parking
Unintuitive
This app is difficult to navigate and doesn’t allow immediate payment, with only signed in members with permanent accounts being able to use. As for parking, if this is in your area it is a reasonable fee.Bobomonkeymonster

Nonsensical payment options
They emailed me an invoice and there’s no apparent way to pay it using a credit or debit card. There’s only bank information which dos me no good from the USA. Once the email invoice has been generated, there’s no choice to change to a card payment. However you can add a card for future payments. Wish I had just paid at the kioskShow lesswuwesley

Horrible App and Customer Service
App didn’t work when I was parking. Now the company keeps sending me a bill. The App DIDN’T WORK but they still want me to pay. Customer service is dreadful. AVOID at all costs. Sorry I can’t rate zero stars.Vulturecap
