Worst app in history
Would not recommend this app to any pest control company. Customer service is horrible would not recommend even talking to them they’re worthless. App always has issues and concerns that customer service cannot fix or help you with because they are useless and worthless. App glitches consistently on a daily basis. Consistently have to delete app and reinstall to make it work again. Just plain trash

As others have said, worst app out there
Our company has dealt with Servsuite for over a decade and it has been terrible since day one. The only reason they're still in business has been a lack of competitors but that it changing quickly (hence why they had to buy FieldRoutes before they took all of their clients).

This is by far the worst app out there for workorders and such I can’t stand the amount of time waisted on this app
Very unpleasant experience
Hands down one of the worst apps I’ve ever used the interface is clunky and time consuming but I can deal with that, the worst part of the whole app is the sync feature I have deleted and reinstalled the app almost 7 times in one month because it would get stuck syncing and the jobs wouldn’t save them have to go back on my own time to remember everything so the guy at the office could manual put the info in. I would rather be sent out with a piece of paper and crayon because at least the crayon will work even if broken. This app is the most unpleasant thing I have ever used and creates more stress then it’s worth. I wish they had a zero star rating because it doesn’t even deserve that

Can’t even use some buttons on the app without adjusting the view on my phone. I hate having to switch out of the standard view to a zoomed view because of how much it enlarges everything on my phone. I can see my screen just fine without a zoom option. But without it I can’t hit buttons in the corners of my screen.

Epic failure
Every since service titan has taking over this place is going downhill. Nothing seems to work everything crashes.
Do yourself a favor and find another software company
My company has used ServSuite since 2015, and it has been absolutely nothing but problems, both with this mobile app and the desktop system. You might get lucky and have everything work as it’s supposed to for a couple weeks straight, but over these 7 years we’ve operated with half of their services not working at any given time. Their customer service is atrocious - we’ve had at least 20 tickets open with things that aren’t working for YEARS and they do nothing to address them. The cost of anything custom is astronomical and it takes them months to complete.
The software was acquired by another company called Service Titan a couple of years ago, and they promised to be customer support driven. So far it’s just been a total mess and the software and interaction with the company has functioned worse than before.
Do yourself a favor and go with literally any other option

New App Store App is Great!
They just recently added the updated app to the Apple store and it works great! Highly recommend for all Servsuite users!
Bad app, even worse system!
As of today, they just got tagged by apple for trying to avoid the app fee. They told us we had to update over the internet and not the App Store because it took too long. So that was a lie, we now had to delete the current app and revert to the outdated one on the App Store. A few months ago they were hacked and some of our customers invoicing stopped working. We had a customer who had not received a bill in months, we asked ServSuite what was going on and they literally said, “that’s strange, we don’t know why that happened.” Their direct mail takes up to 30 days to send out invoices, so we now print them off daily and mail them. The email billing doesn’t show up as your company’s name, and often goes to customers spam. I’d love to write a novel about how bad this company is. As an owner and user, we are now looking to move to Another software. Run from this company, find a company where their app will work for more than a week.
