This app used to be brilliant, since a recent upgrade it is now useless, annoyed as I payed for the upgrade. Update- problem solved after reading another review, deleted app and downloaded again, all back to normalpjf67

My husband had been having some problems with his myCal Pro, and could not even contact John Hair through the app!!
I use eventium, and love it, so I initiated the first plea for HELP.
My husband and lost some features like color, etc. and after John contacted him, he learned that it was due to the settings in his iPad, and not the myCal Pro app at all! John didn't have an immediate answer to the problem, but said he'd get back to my husband......and that he did. It was nice to hear he had been working on it, and didn't leave us wondering if he even received the e-mail. Thanks so much, John, for all your speedy help. Won’t delete appointments
The app has been great but, recently I tried deleting a recurring appointment I set up. The app will delete it and all future occurrences and then 2 seconds later adds it all back onto my calendar. I notified the app maker twice. He responded once stating I cannot delete if if it’s a Holiday event. I responded and said it is not...I have not heard back since.Show lessBrit630
The Best
This calendar has all the bells & whistles. Everything I've been looking for in a calendar maker/ printer. But could not figure out how to print. 3 hours later I emailed the Gentleman who wrote the program & got an answer in about an hour. It was nice to get back to me that quickly. Other companies could learn from you. Thank YouShow lessklipp61

I had an issue with syncing an external calendar so got in touch with John and he got back to me the same day. Kept in contact until the issue was resolved. Excellent.Walshy365

Hi there! This is easily solved, just delete the app and reinstall it from the AppStore. Don't worry, you won't lose your events as they are stored within the standard iOS calendar on your device. I love this calendar. Everything is so clear. I love being able to keep certain appointments highlighted in a particular colour. Tried several but this is by far the best calendar.Lil-miss-jam
Can’t go wrong with this app!
This is a phenomenal calendar app with an extremely responsive developer. I use this as a bridge between all of my email calendars that I’ve had for years (don’t want to date myself too much but I mean since before Apple) and it works wonderfully. The in-app purchase options are not annoying like on a lot of apps and if you don’t purchase them, it doesn’t affect how the app works. I love this app.
Also, I had an issue with the app opening, contacted the developer and received a surprisingly swift response. His response resulted in an immediate correction to the issue. :)Show lessRouxful
Used to work, but not in iOS 12. I deleted and reinstalled, WORKS GREAT!

App quality and support
Unlike most products I had a problem with what I thought was the app but turned out to be my own phone setting problem. Support was timely and informative and their steps to fix the issue worked perfectly. Wife and I love the app and run our lives by it.Stark_y456
Easy to use and great support!
