Downloading issues
Great app, have it for both my iPad Pro and iPhone 14. One issue though, on my iPad - when you try to download some of the extras, the program shuts down immediately. Works fine on the iPhone. Hopefully a solution can be found.Poco Piper

The timer could be increased to 8 hours in a future update since it would be better to listen to the binaural beats the whole night instead of just 5 hours.far101

Changed my life
I initially only downloaded this app because a friend recommended it. I would like to note I was only planning on using it for background noise since I like the controlled pace. After using the pre sleep meditation it has totally changed how I sleep. It not only trains you on how to fall asleep, but after using it I find when I only have 6 hours of sleep I feel like I’ve had 8Show lessMr.Grim1105
