For someone that suffers with depression anxiety anger temper sleep issues this app has helped me with my step by step program to over come these issues. Great app to help relax and sleep. This app indeed helped me though a convalescent period after falling quite ill. The soothing and well chosen themes were always welcome and soothing during my ordeal. However, it would be much nice if it could allow the user to import his/her own music to the playlist as well as pictures to the slides how. Otherwise, very impressive.Show lessJayVal60

A fantastic app that I use most nights and some days too. A great array of sounds, effects and binaural waves to help with an array of issues. I just wish it had a bit more hypnosis based tracks on there but I can still use the background of SleepStream with other hypnosis apps so it's great.Wavey Gravy Davey
