Mixed feelings
The App is good & I like that you can see how many pitches are available, however the privileges pack is not worth it for us as only after buying it did I realise that you can only book pitches 3 days ahead! We actually want to be able to reserve a pitch a maximum of 24hrs ahead as we tour in a very flexible way.

Sharing clunky
It’s ok however you cannot share destinations or copy from the App screen. Quite basic things really?
Good app let down by the lack of translation of reviews
This is a good app but I find it frustrating that when I want to read the reviews they are nearly always in a foreign (to me) language without being able to translate them.

Extremely poor app
Almost completely unusable app. Maps do not render correctly, search function doesn’t work,freezes regularly . It is a shame , because the actual CCPs are an excellent resource, always clean and the advance booking facility is very useful
Beware, App does NOT work!!!
App is absolutely hopeless on both iPhone and iPad. Can’t see the menu across the bottom properly, when tapping on the three dots at the bottom, that brings up a pop-up menu which then promptly springs so far up the screen it completely loses the top three menu items! But the worst thing, when selecting an Aire from the map, if you tap on ‘see details’ absolutely nothing happens. Such a shame, great concept and probably some great Aires but you need the app when travelling and it just isn’t up to the job, renders the whole thing useless and wishing I hadn’t wasted my money on a card now.

This app works OK for me, but one needs to be aware that it must have an internet connection to do so.
Although the app offers a data download for offline operation, those data are actually unusable when offline. Don’t waste time downloading the data - just treat the app as an online-only application.
Attempting to use the app offline may well cause it to crash. If that happens it may prove to be necessary to re-install the app.
