I was going through a rough patch in my life. My wife and dog both hated me... UNTIL I found this app! I was about to learn so much about grills and cooking I retrieved their love starting from their stomachs! Without this app I don’t know where I’d be, but it honestly saved my life! Thank you so much!

Make sure you opt out of emails
The app has some good information, but make sure you opt out of the email notifications. It is like there is a TOTAL disconnect between the app and the email team. I continually get emails reminding me to download the app and register my grill, both of which I have already done. To make matters worse, the emails refer to information that is supposed to be on the app, but is nowhere to be found, which is a shame because some of it sounds interesting, but of course the email does not link to the article. The only reason I can imagine they would not link the article in the email is they are trying to make sure you install the app. That kind of bull s%^% make me wonder why? Maybe I need to uninstall the app. Update- reduced to one star. After submitting my concerns I got a canned response that did not address my concerns and requested I fill out all the information they already have from my grill warranty. I will be deleting the app. I also will be reconsidering buying any Weber branded accessories.

Decent App Poor IT System
The app itself is a decent app. My problem is with the integrity of the underlying system. I liked the idea of part of the functionality of the app being tied to the serial number of your grill or grills. However, that only works if the system recognizes your serial number. I tried to register my grill three times through the app, each time receiving a message stating “invalid serial number”. I called Weber customer service. The rep tried to register the grill and had the same problem. The solution: “This happens sometimes. I suggest you keep your receipt in case you have any issues with the grill.” I asked if the problem would be fixed and should I try to register on a month or two. The answer: “No.”
What is the point of setting up a system that only works for some products some of the time? Strange and unnecessary.

Great but couple of glitches
The app is great but couple of glitches like ingredients lists in different language.
Also ribs says 1 hour cooking time but the time then says 3-4...
when deleting a timer the app crashes. Also nothing happens when you click on the email link for app support. hopefully this can be sorted in next update.

Guess what? Yup, same issue here as the others.
Can you recheck your grill times
Can you recheck your grill times. Grilled tuna tonight per your guide and it came well done.
This isn’t the first time. I think your grill times listed on the app are too long. Can you please look into. Use this app all the time and my skills aren’t the best but even I was surprised to see tuna on the grill for 8-12 minutes for Medium Well.
And I kept under 500 degrees.

Convenient
Very useful app! So far timers, method of grilling and the temperature settings are right on the money. Have not tried all of the meat timers but I am almost sure it will be accurate!
Concise and Acurate
The advice provided on the app is concise, accurate and helpful. I’ve been grilling for a long time and thought I “knew it all”. Not so- I’ve used the tips and information for steaks and chicken. I can honestly say it was taken my grilling to a new level.
Can’t register
I have the same problem as others have mentioned: Whenever I try to register my bbq with serial number, purchase date and receipt I just get the message that ‘Something went wrong. Try again later.’ Very frustrating! Also, whenever trying to play the ‘Bbq Rib’ tutorial the app freezes and has to be closed down and restarted.
