This app has been extremely helpful for a beginner like myself. The recipes, methods, guides, and timer functions make it so easy to follow along and make some delicious foods.

Cannot Log In
I have used app for years. Recently got a new IPhone and app said I needed to log in. When I did, got this message that it failed and to try later. Tried to do password reset and it said my email is invalid. I even deleted the app and started over. I requested help online with Weber but they have been unable to resolve it. Similar issues on my iPad with the app. Much of the info on the app is missing and some screens are just blank pages. But the adds to buy stuff works perfectly. Go figure. Guess I just will not use the app anymore on my phone. Based on other reviews, this seems to have been a common problem. Come on Weber. Fix your app.Show lessFishing guy 123
Grilling Advice is Spot ON!
I have never gotten such consistent compliments on my grilled food as I have since I started following the grilling advice from this app. It tells you how long to cook things at what temperature, and it has the timers built into the app. The recipes I have tried have been excellent as well, with a sophistication and balance you would not expect from an app by a grill manufacturing company. Giving up
I have had the Weber connect device for about 2 years. They have steadily improved the app over that time: reduced crashes, better update process, significantly improved UI. However, it still fails it’s most important function - it won’t show an accurate temperature. The temperature fluctuates wildly. In smoking a brisket over the weekend, ambient temp would jump around a 50 degree range regardless of the actual temp. And the probe in the meat might suddenly jump 150 degrees (ie sending and alert that the meat was done and restarting the program) even though the actual temp was still only 80 degrees early in the cook. Best there is!! Weber grills
I have had about every grill made! I’m now 60 yrs old and finally got a Weber, there is no question that they are the best! No flare ups cook evenly and do the best job of grilling! I also use the many apps that they have for your phone! The thermometer with probes work great too! Even tell you when to flip. You can pick the meat that you are cooking and it tells you everything to do! Right now I’m doing T Bone steaks and man do they look delicious with the grill lines and all! Cooking Methods
The grilling guide that came with the grill and the app have different grill methods/times for the same food. Example, for pork loin the guide says sear on direct high heat then cook with indirect heat. The app says cook on direct high heat. Which is correct and why is there a difference?Tamlman

Excellent app, my go to for grilling
This has been a great resource for grilling. Rather than always pulling out my Weber cook books when I only need a simple cook timer. Very handy and always accessible.Tim G 2
Like the idea used 1st on a ribeye steak
It was for a medium cooking however no note to turn the steak over during the 5 min cooking so the bottom was great while the top was mostly rare. I am learning how to grill by hit and miss using the Weber grilling guide, a great start to the “art” of grilling.

Lots of information about models I don’t have!
The App appears to have lots of information about models I don’t have. It very specifically knows exactly which Model I have but gives me lots of information I don’t need. It is pretty useless to me.
It also appears to have all of the languages I don’t speak. It could easily ask which language I want and filter out all the others.
It supposedly has step-by-step instructions on how to assemble my grill but I could not find them. I had to use the book that came with my grill. I hoped there would be video instructions but there was not.
It is not well connected to the Weber Connect Hub or App.Show lessChriSusan
