  • Newest look is awesome!! But, doesn’t work at all.

    Shiny objects rarely are worth anything. Their newest look is great, but it is so buggy. The App is very slow, Face ID option sometimes has disappeared. It’s so annoying and frustrating. They should fire all the developers, this is not hard geniuses.
  • App glitching

    It will not let me pay my credit card thru the app nor can I view transactions. It's like the app is glitching. I've tried over few days thinking maybe it was just down for a day. Still isn't working.
  • More millennial magic

    Look it’s got a pretty new splash screen too bad it won’t accept my login credentials that I know 100% correct. I would expect more from $1 billion credit union
  • Zelle Changes

    It was a lot smoother when Zelle was not included with my account and I was able to use it through the Zelle app. Although some of the changes Texans can do like color coding in the apps and making sure items are marked as deduction and addition. I hate what Texans have become. Credit Unions are credit card t unions for a reason and ai hope Texans do not fall down the rabbit hole like regular banks. Now, attempting to use Zelle is a disaster. I am getting failed notices since Texans will no longer allow me to use Zelle directly from the app. When trying to use it on the mobile, you can’t locate it. Going on a desktop will not allow a large sum of funds to be transferred. But before this connection, it was no problem to transfer large sums of funds. Y'all need to go back and allow Zelle users to use Zelle directly from the app because you made it difficult by forcing us to go through the bank and bank account. In a time where most businesses want you to make payments using formats like Zelle if the money is there stop capping off. There should be no reason you are not allowing the process to go through if it is there.

  • Just a blank white screen

    Since the “brand new redesign”, the app fails to open. I open the app and all I see is a blank white screen. Killing the app and reopening does not work. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling does not work. Just a blank white screen.

    This is highly concerning because I suddenly do not have access to my bank account from my phone. Are you trying to lose customers?

    I’m using an iPhone 13 mini on the latest available OS (17.5.1). I’ve been a customer since 2006.

  • App is broken again

    The app opens using FaceID as usual (expected behavior), but then a minute later it launches again over the top of itself, and goes to a userid/password prompt.

    This needs to be fixed.
  • Mobile Check Deposit is a joke

    App was good for a long time. Developers have ruined it. Mobile check deposit doesn’t work anymore saying the account number couldn’t be read! So silly and ridiculous. I am so glad I have Chase as an alternate!!
  • Cannot Transfer Funds

    The date selection window that pops up on the transfer funds screen is this long rectangle drop down with no selectable text. If I need to set a transfer for another date, it will not let me. I can't input a date manually either, the app blocks all inputs except the drop down calendar I assume. Pay for better app developers, you can clearly afford to with all the junk fees you saddle your customers with.

  • Bait and Switch

    Texans promised they were adding Zelle two years ago. Still no Zelle integration.
  • Some things fixed, some broken by update

    The update broke as much as it fixed for mobile deposits. The orientation of the phone is cantankerous, often switching the camera upside down. The autocapture is also cantankerous. Also, review of the pictures is difficult since clicking on a picture of the check automatically leads to retaking the picture. Overall, the mobile deposit improvements are countered by poor design of the process flow.
