  • You guys must hate money

    A year ago the update that took 4 years to come out actually improved the app. Incredibly frustrating that the update 6 months later seems to have been to add back in all of the problems.

    What kind of app doesn’t open because of low power mode/battery saver? This is pathetic

    The worst thing is that it freezes when you need to access the information. It's not reliable!
  • App needs to be revamped. Completely.

    App is unpredictable, it freezes, it won’t load 30% of the time…just to name a FEW of the glitches. Wish the company would use something else.

    It freezes, it crashes, the page stays blank and says “no orders “at the top… rebooting, constantly or deleting and reinstalling, doesn’t help. It’s extremely frustrating because I have to use this for work and my boss won’t find an alternative. He just says that’s my fault. It doesn’t work on my iPhone because it works perfectly well on his wife’s… Well, it worked OK on the phone that I had to buy exclusively to be able to use this app, but that phone met its demise and I’m not replacing it with another piece of crap Samsung. The only thing worse than that phone that died is this app

    If i was looking for an excuse to change to another hotshot company, this app would be it ! This app crashes my phone, wont give notifications in a timely manner, takes forever to give me my loads! Terrible

    This app is unreliable junk. It will mark pickups and deliveries as complete and then revert back so you have to continually repeat steps. This random so it is highly frustrating. The app also crashes. Most of the time you can only complete one action at a time. You have to then close and open it repeatedly to complete the next task (i.e. confirm an order, pickup, deliver

    This app is garbage. It constantly crashes. It switches me to other users. It will go offline at least 25 times a day. (Yes I’ve counted). The developers don’t update it. I have no idea why any company uses this disgrace.

    Hey Waybill, wanna add color codes for all the services? Like, C1 service = Red, C2 = Blue, Economy = Green, etc??? App constantly crashing. The font is way too big, no option to change the size. Picture not getting save for closing each work order in order to close them. Thankfully, I always take 2nd photo for myself for back up sake. Work orders are sometimes not getting cleared properly even if I try numerous times. I have to call the office to close off orders for me. What seem to be a 30 seconds job will turn into a 10 minutes job because I have to revolve around my time with this app being able to function properly for me to be able to move on to my next job.
