Great driver, cheerful journey
It’s not the first time I get Valeriu as my driver and he always provides great service and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Besides knowing his way around Portsmouth he makes me feel that I’m in good hands. He’s a real asset to Aqua Cars, please cherish him.PompeiPirate
Was very good
Been using this app for a few months and it has worked well for me. Very useful. But lately it has been problematic and throwing up error messages (unable to make booking phone the office) If this continues I shall delete it!Trevellian
Great little journey
Driver was so friendly and it only took a few minutes to arrive. Felt very safe even though I was a single woman on my own and not from this area.vodkat43
Late and bumped
Booked a taxi for 8am this morning via the app last night and it rocks up at 8:38am making me very late for work. To top it off I paid cash on this occasion and it was £5:20 so I told driver to take £6 to save messing trying to find change and when he gave my change I threw it in my purse and ran into work. Just checked and he took £7 so not only very late for work but short changed for the privilege of it 🤬🤬Show lessFiSuths

What a nice friendly guy. It’s worth getting an Aqua when you get a driver like this. A really good intellectual conversation and a very clean car. Extremely well presented driver with perfect customer service. And very good driving and routings through the city at a busy time. Anton is an complete asset to Aqua cars. App not functioning most of the time
The app refuses any Mastercard card whether credit or debit. It should work with VISA, however 80% of the time I need the app I receive a message stating that the taxi service is down. I’m quite sure AquaCars is up and running more than that. Very unhappy about the app.00sm
Bad
I have used aqua for the whole of my life. And they have undoubtedly been the best. Until recently… I understand times have been extreme lately by their lack of cars, but their attitude of staff has been ridiculous… tonight i booked a taxi which had turned up. As I approached the vehicle they decided to turn away… I tried to call the driver 3 times to which I was declined. And I was then prompted with a message which stated the driver could not locate you… I then proceeded to call aqua to which the call centre decided to put the phone down on me twice!
Absolutely poor commitment from Aqua Cars recently and I will NOT be using them for a while. As sad as it makes me!

1st Impression Good
1st time I have used the app and it worked perfectly. I did not have to wait long for a driver even in rush hour traffic. I was in a concealed parking area and the driver phoned to let me know he had arrived, but could not see me. I was able to explain my exact location. I wouldn’t even give them one waited over a hour and a half for a taxi today and had to call 150 times just to get through absolute joke u can’t even ring another taxi firm as they have brought the rights to all taxis around Pompey clearly they can’t keep up with the demand I really feel for those in the operating room and the boss should be ashamed of himself and all this has been reported to lisensing now as action needs to be taken it’s not good enough and yes they have an app which half the time won’t accept ur bookingsShow lessmaule84
