Reviews of Astronomy Now Magazine

  • several years later, loving it even more 😍😂😄

I’ve enjoyed this magazine both in print and with the app!!! For awhile I was paying for both, and thought about unsubscribing the app. But I’m glad I kept it because when the pandemic hit, the app version was the only one I could get!!! And reading it became my refuge during this difficult year (2020-2021). The editor, Keith Cooper, became my favorite science writer. The pics are absolutely incredible. The articles are fascinating and I can’t stop reading once I start 😍 The diversity of topics amazes me. This is by far my favorite of the six astronomy magazines I’m familiar with. To me, it has become indispensable, even though I’m strictly amateur, just a really curious person who loves to look up in the sky at night and imagine.....

  • Love the magazine - not the app

I have subscribed to Astronomy Now for several years. I did this online using an iPad. For the most part it was good. This year they decided to modify the app. I want the old one back! The old one was like the magazine and could be navigated like the magazine. The new one has a new interface which is not like the magazine. Also with the new app I can get to previously purchased issues. If I want to see those I have to keep the old app, so now I have two. Bring back the previous app. The old adage is "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
