Scrappy App!

This app doesn't recognize that I have an automatic premium subscription through Apple and doesn't allow me to sign in. Can't watch the shows through the app as a result. Please fix it.

Better than I expected!

I’m not pinoy. Actually, puti ako. I got introduced to Filipino tv and movies about a year ago, and I’ve been hooked since! I’m very impressed by the selection. There is literally something for everyone. And I particularly like that we can watch things that are available only outside the Philippines!

No Livestream

The TFC Europe and Middle East Livestream is not available on the App or on web. No problem with other livestreams like Teleradyo, GMA Pinoy TV, Cinema One etc.

Too expensice

I don’t understand why they din’t have an option to cancel your subscription, and every time I tried to look for cancellation it always redirected me to deleting my account instead. So I tried to delete my account instead but it never got deleted and no confirmation that says it was processed. I end up getting charged again. What a rip off. I had another account that was cheaper, I only tried the GMA bundle so to watch the Widow’s war with Bea Alonzo but I realized they don’t update episodes often so I wanted to cancel my subscription but as I say, no option for that.

Always delayed programming

I'm a subscriber for so many years now and madalas delayed pag upload nyo ng mga programs nyo. tv patrol na nga lng halos pinapanood nmin dito delayed pa. tulad ngayon, almost 5th of december na pero yung naka upload is still 2nd december pa lng.

No subtitles

I’m not happy with the fact that I don’t get subtitles anymore. It’s been about five days and there’s been no subtitles on my favourite series.
Really disappointing!!!

Most shows released before that date do not have subtitles. Currently, English subtitles are available for certain shows and movies. They will automatically appear on your screen, or you can click the “CC” button on the video player. English Subtitles not available in Chromecast

Hi team,

I think the app is great and offers a wide range of entertainment options. However, my only feedback is how the English subtitles are not available when being casted into a TV or another device that isn’t my phone or laptop. The subtitles work fine on the app but somehow the minute I cast it somewhere else, the English subtitles are not available to be turned on. Thanks and I hope this gets improved.

Delayed On shows

I am very disappointed, I have been watching lavender field which is a new telesyre and every time i try to watch the new episode it is always delayed sometimes they take a week to update the episode. If im paying a subscription and they have ongoing shows they shouldn’t be uploaded so late, this doesn’t happen with Netflix or Disney plus. IwantTFC needs to fix this problem because if you have ongoing shows with daily episodes coming out it should come out on time every day not one week late
