The worst of the worst
Oreedoo used to be perfect but i dont know what happened they hired the wrong people or what is the reason it has became the worst service provider in Kuwait. I have complained about my slow Internet so many times and they have told me that they will contact me back on the issue, but they never do. I also ordered from the MagSafe charger and when the driver came to deliver the product to me the driver told me i have to pay from knet 1 fils to confirm i am the right person who is recieving the product. I did not had my knet card on me that time and called the oreedoo helpline. The customer service guy was so rude and told me that it is my problem to solve with the driver and not his and i could not speak to him anymore because of his attitude. Internet service toooo slow
I am customer of Ooredoo from last 15 years but now the internet speed is very very slow and the internet service get disconnected in between, please try to improve your internet service I stay in Salmiya this happening to me from last almost 6 months.
Please look in the matter and do the needful.

Since I am a customer of Ooredoo from last twenty years I am very happy to use this service, but recently internet speed is toooo slow and difficult to subscribe.

This company is a scam, they took my payment and didn’t give me service or a refund. I had to get a new sim card for new service.spectimus
Can’t open the app
Latest update can’t even log into the app. Tried restarting it several times. A video plays and then the logo appears and then just the loading icon keeps spinning 😵💫alfulaij
