App is good. Looks and feels good. However, the ANNA joining feature is extremely buggy. I am not able to get it to work. I chatted about the issue with support 5 times and followed the same repetitive instructions the same amount of times and it won’t work. Ooredoo support is in desperate need of improvement. The app opens in small screen, can’t choose English language as the option dose not show.
Can’t use the app unless you use it in Arabic only.

I didn't enjoy the new update. It has some issues I was comfortable with the old version. It was easy to walk through everything you want and more organized.
Overall that is my personal opinion. Everyone has different opinions right.
