I want to change line. Because very slow internet.Any other service than this.
If you think you’re going to get any type of support here then Look somewhere else. I’ve had this number for a week now and I can’t make or receive calls, recharged it twice and spent an entire afternoon talking to their lifeless agents. One which literally denied that this is my number and refused to help as in I’d go through the grueling app interface that was definitely made by some lesser evolved human just for a lie. Oh, and they’ll keep asking you for money. Like none stop :/Show lessProblem

أنا لدي. IPad Air 1 ونزلت عليه برنامج my Ooredoo Kuwait ولكن للأسف البرنامج مش شغال بكل امكانياته فهو لا يظهر باقتي الحالية ومقدار المتبقي من النت والدقائق وإشعار الهدايا ما بيظهر
نرجوا العمل على إصلاح هذه العيوب
ومعي أيضا جهاز سامسونج وعليه البرنامج my ooredoo kuwait والبرنامج شغال
وإشعار الهدايا بيظهر

I have iPad Air1 and I download my Ooredoo Kuwait app on it but the prog not working good it not show my current line status and my line validity and many options how many internet left and how many local minutes left on my line and my notification not appeared
So I hope fix this on AppStore
I have Also Samsung mobile and I have my Ooredoo Kuwait app app and it work goooooooood. Very goooooooooood

nice app but i would like it more if it has the landscape view feature for the ipad version, will be very easy to use.

Ooredoo service is the worst. Normally runs under 200kb/s on data speed. Customer service always says that they are working on an “update”. They’re lying, often the service cuts out entirely without warning. Best Scam of 2020.Wonderful

The app is great and easy to find what you need.
The last update bugged the payment/recharge system and I have contacted support over five times and nothing they can do. It is really annoying. It’s like they don’t care if you have service or not. Or what to fix the payment issue. This problem has been like this for more than two weeks. You would think they would fix the issue.
If not for this I would have given a 4 and if support did there job I would have given a 5.
