Te best fitness app
I’ve tried most fitness apps, and honestly this is the best one so far, the fact that the exercises go along with you, are dynamic is a must for me. I hate just an example of the exercises and you do it alone, that doesn’t work for me, I like to engage and this is the best app to do that.
Great content, bad app
I subscribed to 54D on day one but the last few months have been a disaster. Programs and workouts disappearing. Constant messages about late payments and asking to update the payment method. Other users complaining about being double charged.
I waited some time before updating my review because it’s normal for new apps to have bugs. Now, I’m not sure if they’re even working on fixing it

Es poco amigable
No se bajan los programas completes , ya no es compatible con apple watch
New app Spanish only
App updated and now the entire platform is Spanish only. No way to change it to English. I’ve been a customer for three years and now I cannot understand anything in the app - not the app menus, not the coach messages, not the diet plans. And no one is responding about how they are fixing. Extremely disappointed

Canceled subscription but still charged me
Customer support in this company is so bad. You either have to WhatsApp or email them and they take forever. I canceled my subscription on a Sunday because it was going to renew on Monday. On Monday, they tell me they need 24 hours in advance! the app does not say that anywhere. They said “it is in the terms of service”. They charged me the subscription and refused to refund me. I did not use the app a single time after that, completely lost my money.

To be strong physically makes me stronger emotionally
I’m starting my second round of 54D. The physical strength and looking fit again at age 64 is beautiful but this training is going deep. The commitment to show up everyday and be supported by the guys and my coach gives me confidence that the same support exists in everything I commit to. I am now looking to others as my Team in my work, family and community. I didn’t realize how much I’d shut down in this area.
The friendship and history the guys share has inspired me to celebrate the same in my life. The stories and laughter get us through. 54D is a training and a demonstration of relationship.
My relationship is with my body, my mind and this Soul that seeks to be all that it’s here to be. Im grateful to the 54D family for all your hard work so that we can show up and day by day, put in the hard work too.

Padrísimos programas de entrenamiento!
Me gusta muchísimo su programa ya que no necesitas estar en un gimnasio para estar en forma, lo puedes hacer en cualquier parte, si viajas de trabajo puedes hasta en el cuarto de hotel hacer el programa no hay excusas, lo único que necesitas es ser diciplinado para que veas los resultados. La respuesta a mis dudas siempre son contestadas por su personal de servicio al cliente en tiempo y forma.
Tengo entrenando desde pandemia con ellos y ahora gozo de todos sus programas con mi inscription mensual donde sea que me encuentre del mundo mundial 😉🌎💪🏼

Mexicanos, exitosos y muy trabajadores sin embargo aún una empresa mediocre, compre un paquete de ejercicio (no el primero, posiblemente el último) y por razones de salud no lo pude usar y me negaron el poder reiniciarlo unos días después . Gracias y éxito

Lo tiene todo: buen workout, equipo de acompañamiento y notificaciones. Jamás me canso.
Es tener un entrenador con coach motivacional. Lo recomiendo cambio mi vida.
Lo mejor que puedes hacer si tiene malos hábitos al alimenticios
