  • Great app

    Hi, the app is awesome but needs a fast forward button and also more English and Chinese language ones!
  • Disappointed

    I accidentally purchased one year plan and I tried to cancel my purchase within 5 minutes but I am unable to cancel my purchase even after contacting iTunes!!!! Very disappointed I paid $70 USD for this trash which I didn’t do intentionally!
  • DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

    My experience w/ Eros International has been awful. I signed up for the 14 day trial and was automatically enrolled in the annual subscription. Right before the 14 day trial was up, I tried to cancel the subscription and could not find a way to do it at all... I tried though my apple Eros app without luck, I tried online and their instructions were incorrect & I tried to find a phone number without any luck.
    I am not disputing this charge with my credit card & have had to CLOSE my credit card just to avoid another unapproved annual membership fee.
    Sure their content is adequate but their customer service and fishy- borderline fraudulent activities are appalling. I would advise you to stay away...

  • Improvement needed

    The app has some outdated titles. No forward button in the app just rewind button. Airplay is a hit and miss sometimes they need to keep up as Netflix is always adding new titles and Eros being only Indian content should have more new titles in comparison.
  • Worst app

    Worst app ever, it charged my bank account after already cancel through iTunes. Even after charge it shows basic customer.
    Please return my money, and cancel my subscription immediately. Also there is no contact number for customer care, email I couldn’t send.
    Why you make this app, for just taking money... without giving any service!!!!!

We have no option to cancel if it's subscribed through iTunes and stop the payments. You are requested to contact iTunes to cancel your account permanently and raise a dispute there.   • Deducted money but cant watch movie till now also

    I have subscribed 3 days ago it still shows to subscribe what the hell is this three day wasted in 1 month this how it work please work on that and if i cant watch after paying also then i need my money back

  • Bollywood really is great movie industry

    I’ve been watching Bollywood movies for awhile now. It’s the only good place making movies next to Hollywood

    Downloaded movies doesn't work until you connect it to Internet once. Quite irritating, defeats the purpose of downloads.
  • The controls are patethic.

    There is no history button. It takes 15 mins to find the movie I was already watching and go back to watching from the middle. Why don’t you just copy Netflix’s format.
  • Logged into iPad with same credentials and have a basic subscription

    I have premium subscription in my phone. Tried to login to iPad and now it says that I have a basic subscription and doesn’t even let me watch any movies on either of the devices. Worst experience.
