Erro de comunicação
A app está sempre a dar “Erro de comunicação”, e não é da minha net de certeza, e tenho a versão mais recente da app no iPhone 13. Também, assim que ponho o número do BI ou e-mail o sistema já não me deixa mudar. Quando tento comprar o bilhete diz que os dados dos passageiros estão incompletos mas também não me deixa mudá-los. Worst App I have ever seen
If you book a ticket online without creating a account you will never found it in the app. You can download it but it’s hiding somewhere and it’s very difficult to find it.app1fcl
You can book but the ticket isn’t in the app
Devs:
- When paying with PayPal the order doesn’t complete effectively in the app. You have to take a step back and exit the order.
- it does go through but the the ticket isn’t available in the app.
- instead you get an email.
Makes for a very unpolished app experience.TitlePK

Buggy payment interface shows failed payment which later goes through, leading to unnecessary and expensive multiple purchases.RichieRoo9
Buggy but useful
1. Create an account first before buying a ticket! Otherwise the ticket won’t save to the app, but will be delivered via email.
2. Be very careful where you touch, as it’s very finicky.
3. If you pay using PayPal, it kicks you out of the app and won’t show the ticket in your tickets. The purchase goes through, you just can’t tell in the app, so you’ll have to use the emailed version. This has happened twice, so I think it’s a recurring bug and not just a one-time fluke.
I don’t understand why they don’t have a route map, or the schedule of stops for the route you want.
Overall not a terrible app, but it leaves a lot to be desired.Show lessAryxus
Useless
Downloaded and selected bus and times including return. Entered all required info but would not allow me to buy using Visa. Tried 3 times. Unable to give a zero or negative star rating.unhappy brutus
