GREAT APP!
We just had our Nantucket shade installed along with the remote bridge. We have had no problems, and love how it works. With the wall remote you can open / close the shade, but not stop midway. You can also open / close the vanes. With the APP, there are many things that can be done. Not only can the shade open / close, but you can stop it partway. You can also open the vanes partway. In addition, you can set the shades and vanes to open / close at set times on specific days. I have everything set automatically so I never even have to think about opening / closing them.
My understanding is that there will be an update this fall to operate them remotely. That will be great, but since I have timers set there will not be as much of a need as I had thought there would be.
It's too bad the Hunter Douglas people know very little about how powerful this APP is. Some we spoke knew nothing about it!

Horrible
This app is terrible, and it leaves me with some expensive hardware (bridge and routers) that are useless. With the previous release my blinds would go up and down on their own paying no attention to the schedule.
With this release it appeared to be fixed. I cleared the bridge info and paired all of the blinds again (very time-consuming). Everything worked fine for about a week, then in the middle of the night the blinds in my room went up even though it wasn't in the schedule for that time.
PLEASE TEST AND FIX!!!

Don't upgrade
This was the most disappointing upgrade I've made. I purchased this system based on the iPad functions and I now have a useless app. The entire main floor of my house was set up with this system and was so easy/seamless to set up that I couldn't have been happier, now I can't get it to work at all. Customer service doesn't seem to have any solutions either. Along with that, I was only given one remote to use in the meantime. I certainly hope this gets fixed or I will be getting a different setup for the rest of house.

Update ruined app
Not sure if the intent for the latest update of the app was to generate service calls to dealers? Completely crashed our system and ability to operate the blinds from our devices. Even worse the actual remote never did work properly after the install so we have beautiful mountain views we can no longer enjoy as our shades are inoperable. Get it fixed STAT!

Poor programming, not user friendly
Our blinds went bonkers after the upgrade. They won't even close anymore
Disappointed!
I downloaded the app, clicked operate shades and it will not go past the setting screen. The one time it did it kept notifying my that my network connection was lost (even though I have all 3 wifi bars) and I was not able to do anything. I'm very disappointed, I was so excited for this since I have power rise shades throughout my home. I did delete the app and re-download it 4 times! I also tried using the app over 3G and wifi, made no difference. Maybe I'll try again in a few months, I'm sure they'll come out with updated versions. For now 1 star.
