Was good before recent update
I cant click on my lost followers and not following back sections anymore. The boxes randomly turned grey. Please fix this issue.flangxn
Not useful anymore
I don't know what happened but suddenly you can't see who unfollowed or followed you anymore as of July 12, 2017. It just shows numbers now which I can basically see on Instagram anyway. I even paid for the history pack, which is also useless now.Llyrwyn

Helpful, but don't pay £7 for full version
I've found this really helpful for tracking new and lost followers, and repeat offenders. I paid for the full app (£6.99) which is a staggering amount of money for something which is not particularly useful or user friendly. Paying £7 has not really added anything vital, and I feel like I've been conned, but that's my mistake to learn from.
The app is very confusing, with no help or info to explain what each category means. Number 1 on my "best friend" list has liked 24 posts and commented once, but number 3 has liked 27 and commented on 10 posts....??? I'm going to have to spend some time googling to find out how this app works....Show lessMoose8362548

Very helpful
This app helps me to make sure I know exactly who has unfollowed me or blocked me. It allows you to see ghost followers and "best friends" also your most liked pictures and your least liked pictures. Very good and helpful but my only problem is you need to pay to get half of the features.H_KNIGHTLY
great app but i have suggestions
It's a nice way to track your instagram for analytic purposes. However, I do wish that there shouldn't be any hourly limits for unfollowing people. Also, it would be better if we can see recommendations on who to follow based on location or hashtags. also better if we can get analytics based on each hastag we include in a post.Show lessKhalasarFTW
Poorly Engineered Scam
Bottom line - this app is more of a scam than a functioning application. This app will frustrate you much more than it should. It's simple, yet they couldn't get it right, or more likely, didn't care to. I've used similar apps for other social media for years and with zero issues, so I don't see how this developer screwed it up. This is by far the worst app of it's kind that I've used to date --and I paid for all additional features (that now do not work.)
Here's a kicker; if you make selections "too fast," this app will actually give you warning messages telling you that you're abusing it and requesting that you use it correctly. Excuse me? I know what selections I'm trying to make better than your algorithm that can't keep up, as your competitors seem to do without error. Additionally, my time is valuable, and if I pay for a service, I expect it to be at least as expedient as any free app of similar tasking.
'Auto refresh' does ...well, it does nothing, so you have to constantly refresh manually in order to check accuracy.
It seems to have issues following. It unfollows accounts fine, most of the time, but if you need to follow, expect to have to repeat the process from insta --every time.
**All of the app's many shortfalls are irrelevant now that almost all of the features are inoperable, to include seeing who unfollowed. This app is now both 100% useless and 100% waist of money.**Show lessLambothegreat
Great app!
This app simply helps you to organise and find your 'followers' and your 'following' into smaller groups, for example: your best friends, the ones you follow that don't follow back, fans who are ones that follow you that you don't follow back, there are many many more. Therefore I recommend this app. However, many of the groups require money for you to unlock them. So bear in mind, only some of the groups are free.Show less👻💩😜
