I love this app but..

This app is really great for the small club website that i started. It’s not glitchy, and there are no ads. Only thing is, there is no ‘undo’ button. This is really frustrating because I wrote a fairly long article and i was trying to figure out how to apply it to the block. I touched the wrong thing and Boom! I lost my entire article. TOTALLY MY FAULT!!! But it would be REALLY nice if there was an undo button.

I never used this app before and have been learning it as I go. It has a very short learning curve to figure out the basics and put a complete website together.

Want to love this - but so many buts.

only buy upgrade on the website - apparently - strangely - they can not issue and refund if you buy via the build in upgrade link.

that said.
The interface is good, actually great - the tools works - but strangely the server is not making friends with my Safari browser or chrome - apparently some ISP rate the host insecure and safari comes up with a “ Safari can't open the page because it couldn't establish a secure connection to the server.” message. The system is great if it works for you - but buy one month and test drive it before setting up an subscription - and remember to buy on the website, as you can not get a refund if needed when buying through the app.

I assume that your website is using the shared and free simdif.com domain. We do our best to keep the reputation of this domain name as high as possible, but we are not perfect, and some of our users are unscrupulous. If you use your own domain name with your website, your Internet Service Provider should let you browse your website without any issue.

Easy to use

This app as helped me create a good website completely free. I will be upgrading to enhance my features but it’s not necessary for my needs but given my experience with the free version I am excited to see what the paid version can give me.

Easy to use, works on all platforms

I have made several websites using SimDif. It’s very easy to use and it automatically formats for platforms, including phones and tablets, which is essential. The system navigation makes it easy for anyone to use.

The Google analytics feature allows this simple low-cost program to compete in the giant world of the Internet. For these advantages, you sometimes have to wait a day to get an answer to a problem.
My sites have been built using a tablet: an iPad mini!

It works now!

Apparently there’s no way to edit or delete a review, so I'll add a new one to balance the one-star review I posted a few days ago. I couldn’t get the app to upload photos. The developer responded with the suggestion to uninstall and reinstall SimDif, something I probably should have tried anyway. It worked!

So … no more complaints, and apologies for the earlier negative review.

Hello. Please uninstall SimDif app and then install it again. Log in to your website and try to upload an image. A pop-up requesting permission to access your device photo library or camera should show up. If there is still an issue, send an email to us at help@simple-different.com with detailed information, like the iOS version and your device model.

Doesn’t work for me

Apparently the app works for others. In my case, it refuses to upload images, either from my photo library or from my camera. No idea why. Issue is not addressed in FAQ or anywhere else to my knowledge.

SimDif also seems to offer extremely limited functionality overall. Unlike some reviewers, though, I like the simplicity of the designs and layouts. But you really can’t build a website without images.
