The game has changed
Like others, I use to play a lot, then changed phones and lost progress. Recently reloaded, but game has changed. Like others have noted, getting three stars after level 61 is practically impossible. One level I have almost 2x the “second place score” but still only got 2 stars. Levels seem to have changed too. Seems like there are more fire levels and some require making bombs/shells to clear, and the game conveniently gives you colors that don’t help. And the videos to get extra moves/time don’t load past the lower levels. Why offer them if they aren’t there? Of course the videos between games always work. Also I recall a particularly fun level in the 180s that I didn’t see this time through. Makes me think it was removed because it was a high scorer. Many of my complaints have been mentions by others. About ready to delete the game. If the developers don’t care, why should I.

Frustrated
I have been playing this game for years but will delete if it persists. When you are about to win it freezes and you can’t continue. Also the adds are not playing therefore you can’t keep playing or winning anything or advancing. I have paid a lot of money into this game but am ready to quit, it’s nonsense. About a month ago I made a complaint and it was fixed got about 1 week then it starts all over again. Come on… fix it already and I should get back my gold/games lost due to this. Ggggrrrr

Amazing game but…
This is a great game. I’ve been playing it for years now on and off and I’m now on level 263, but around level 240, the ads to earn extra gifts (life refills, golds, etc.) have stopped working. I have can be connected to wifi and it still just gives me “oh darn failed to load try again later”. There’s no update for this game either so I really don’t know how to fix this. This is really disappointing being that I’ve become pretty invested in playing this game during my free time.

Buggy and dishonest
I’ve been an avid player for years, then quit when I reached an impassable level in high 700s. After few years I came back and was able to get through. Now each level requires hundreds of attempts. The game gives you 5 bolts of energy every few hours. To make any progress you need to constantly watch ads for each extra bolt. 4 out of 5 times after you watched several minutes of stupid ads the system either gets stuck on the download page with no way to close it so you have to kill the app or brings you back to the try again screen without giving you energy. In both cases you have to go back and watch the ads again and again.

Too many adverts
Harder to get stars. Too many ads. Like the game but getting to the stage of not being bothered due to ads popping up all the time.
Extensive advertising
New to this game .. I am liking it but not sure I well stay as more advertising then other games .. double ads .. just too much
Great game but bugs
I really enjoyed this game. It challenges you. The only negative is some bugs that pop up from time to time. My favorite is when you are expecting to see a video for extra moves and it won’t load. As soon as you move on, it loads a video. In second place, sometimes when it does load the video and it completes, but your touch screen doesn’t allow you to move a jewel. But I still play! Worth checking out.

Videos for gold
I am now past level 1500 and none of the videos will load for extra gold. Is this a problem with all levels or just higher levels. It’s been like this for about three weeks. Thanks for the game. A reply would be appreciated.
Great game but a few glitches
The game is a lot of fun and there are enough levels to keep you busy for years. But the game glitches a lot - especially saying there is no space for rewards (makes no sense) and the videos not loading for extra rewards even when the internet connection is fine. I’m still playing but the glitches are frustrating.

Ads are way too long!
The game would always freeze after the ad plays and some of the ads are like 1 min long
