Enjoy playing this game… too many ads and when getting bonuses it won’t load them… takes a very long time to load the game
It a fun game!
When you want to earn extra playing time to finish the level you’re in and to be able to move on to next levers, the ad will not download, therefore I can’t finish that level and it’s been impossible so far. Please fix the problem. I’ve enjoyed this game for years,

I love the game It is fun but i give 4 stars cause of commercial ads. It is too much and sometimes it interrupt between the game.
I am on Level 844
I have played Jewel Mania for years and am currently on Level 844. The app in the higher levels freezes up frequently. The awards you earn will not be given to you because your chest is full, but you can’t use up the rewards to empty the chest. Watching videos for extra play frequently does not work. You’ll watch the video multiple times and not get any extra play or the app freezes up. I have been playing this level for months and do not even get remotely close to completing the level. I noticed today that the last update was 2 years ago. It appears that the developer has abandoned this game. So sad… I played this game once a day for years and it was one of my favorites.

Good game, but buggy and excessive advertising
Excessive Advertising! I hate it when a game starts, only to be interrupted by advertising. You also frequently don’t get games after you suffer the advertising to get them. Gold gets stolen. Bug fixes are needed. New levels are also needed; I have got to the end. I have been playing the game for many years now, and just play now for more stars.

I love the game but their are too many interruptions with ads and many times it crashes the game.
App Never Responds to Any Feedback or Criticism
So the issue with the game freezing after watching a video to obtain either extra time and boosters has never been addressed. Now I lost 54 gold bars as I tried to tap on the frozen game to make a move. Always seems to happen when you’re about to win a level. So…will you respond to this feedback? Doubt it highly as you never respond. Don’t get the app!
Post comments: Have deleted your app…so tired of the game freezing after watching a video. Had one more glass to break but needed more time…watch multiple videos but game remains frozen. No concern for your users as this has been reported by multiple people over time. Level 1640 is it….have had it with you and your app!

It looks like the developer's abandoned this game
This game hasn't been updated in over a year and there are no signs from the developer that they plan on fixing any of the numerous bugs that have plagued this game.
The star rating system is broken and has been broken for over a year. Basically, the highest star rating players can achieve is now 2-stars even though the game still requires 3-stars to master each level. It's like the developer got rid of the 3-star rating by disabling it but then forgot to update the screen to reflect the change.
An ad appears after every 1 to 2 games and many of the ads don't work: they get stuck and won't play, forcing the player to close the game. Often times, the ad won't appear until after the game has started so not only does the player have to close and restart the game, they also lose the energy they spent to play because they're forced to abandon the game.
The game often fails to repopulate gems after they have been matched, leaving the entire area of the game board empty and inaccessible.

Too many freezes
It is now very frustrating to play at all. If you are going to reward someone for watching an add, then please ensure that the functionality is working. Too many times I watch a video and then the game freezes and the only thing that works is closing the game and restarting. Also, it is now impossible to get three stars on any level. On more than one level I have 10x the nearest player and I’m still stuck at two stars. I’m about to give up and delete this app.

Extra watch time fails miserably
Great addictive game but your extra time/moves with Watch time wastes our time viewing but extra time not given - game freezes only! People have complained long enough - pls fix ! Excessive ads!
