Multiple schedules
Doesn't seem to be a way to set up a multiple schedule. App only has on and off once a day??
Is there no way to have lights come on and off multiple times like a normal house?

Great products and a good app
Some of the best home automation products you can buy. I have 6 of the dimmer switches and they all work beautifully.
The app is good and it's great that it has iPad support (most other home automation apps don't have it yet).
A few things I would love to see: 1) scenes should turn on when you select them. You should not have to then tap 'on'. 2) Be able to reprogram the double tap on the dimmer switch to allow you to control other things (e.g double tap the dining room light switch to turn on 'dinner' scene)
Also a widget would be great

Good kit but needs more to use its full potential
The insteon app and products are a great way to automate a home but the app needs more advances. The products are overpriced in the UK at present and they need to expand the range available. More time needs to be put into IOS updates and less into pushing windows versions. Home kit is coming and insteon have a chance to shine if they put the effort in. Overall I'd recommend this app and the insteon products.

Great hardware poor app
Insteon has a lot of potential - the hub is great but the app is poor. The app needs a major overhaul to bring Insteon up to date with its competitors. It needs more sophisticated scheduling for devices (I.e on off at multiple times of day), conditional controls and geofencing. Triggering actions based in presence absence of family members would be very useful (as can be done with smartthings for example).

With the latest update I can no longer connect to my hub. Just fails. Tried everything I can think of
Getting better
It's still slow responding to actions (I'm in the uk) so you go to dim and there is a noticeable lag after key press but it's better than it was before latest update. Schedules don't always work and you can't assign an x10 address to insteon devices. Schedule times can't be shared outside scenes. Startup dim levels are ignored. Oh and lights sometimes flicker.
So it's ok, would I buy another insteon device. Nope not yet but it's getting closer.

Poor - but has potential
It looks good. But when you have an issue it is useless. I have been unable to connect to my hub with my credentials as it keeps giving me an Error message "Error - unable to connect" but no way to work out why. However if I register a new account it works. My details are confirmed as being correct, so the issue points to the app and the hub .

Amazing!
I just purchased INSTEON products - including the Hub, downloaded this app and have not looked back! This is so amazing, a very well made simple to use app. Now I can control my home from anywhere - I am blown away ;) highly recommended A+
Great start - missing major feature
Installation, connecting up devices, port forwarding all a breeze. One major problem is the lack of multiple timers per device, so you can't have lights coming on in the morning and evening (unless you leave them on all night!) I'm sure this will get fixed in the next release.
