Can’t believe how fast they deliver
I’ve been using JinShiSong for about 3 years now. Really impressed by the improvements and especially the speed of delivery recently which has been under 20 minutes on some occasions! 谢谢小杰杰大海大山
Good service but they need to look at the order notes
This is a great app with great service but sometimes they mess up the order even though certain items were requested to be cooked or prepared a certain way. With that being said they have went out of their way to make sure that it was fixed or refunded properly with kindness and willingness to satisfy the customer. Thank you JSSShow lessnoliftproductions
Appreciate their improvements
As an expat I have been using JSS since I started living here and I have been encouraged by the improvements they have made lately including JSS gourmet. Saves me some time. I have had occasions where the service was slow but I know that happens with different restaurants they work with. But the real indicator as to why I like this service was once I had a problem with one of the deliveries. I wrote a complaint about it and they went out of their way to make it right. They compensated me with a red card for my trouble and called me a week after to make sure I was satisfied. Very professional. So I recommend JSS. It is a valued service.Show lessNuddkor
Service is trash
Don’t know if they changed service. But for the prices they charge, they should deliver on service and do the bare minimums.
Food arrived nearly a half hour late. It was cold. Chat online was inactive and call center person was trying to make the most rubbish excuses.
No utensils upon delivery.
I’ll take my chances with the meituan. Last order from this app.

Unbelievably Bad Service
Waited 2 hours for a pizza that it’s toppings had completely slid to one side and it was cold. Tried contacting customer service over an hour ago and no one has followed up. Very disappointing.Moderately pleased user
WORST BEIJING APP
Food never comes on time. Writing this as my pizza is 30 mins late.
No customer service. Refunds come 30 minutes late.
You can use Sherpas. Or just have a Chinese friend use Waimai, which is much cheaper.

Use Meituan instead
These guys are terrible. No live order tracking and limited courier pool, and ordering system does not get updated. Our latest order arrived coldSashazombie

The suggested wait time is a total lie. You wait much longer, my food delivery man came holding my pizza like it’s was books under his arm. It was smashed and ruined; and there was no apology!
When I finally got ahold of customer service, they only offered me a ‘sorry’ and a waive of ¥15 from delivery. I paid ¥143 for a pile of pizza.
Never ever again!
