Disappointed with their Service
I just ordered this evening with their “new and improved” APP. As another reviewer mentioned the wait time stated 40-50 minutes and it took almost 1.5 hour. I went to their app and did an online chat to find out why the delay and status of my order since the track function knocks you off the APP, and I received no response from them. To add insult when the food did arrive it was completely cold! If they wish to keep their expat customers happy it would be nice to have a customer service team that will actually work with you on the issue at hand. I will give them one more try and if still bad service I’ll have to use another delivery service. A true shame!!!Show lessJulesLivingTheGoodLife

I’ve been using this service since I moved to Beijing. There will normally be problems in this industry, but the way a business responds is what sets them apart. This business has failed each time and every time. Moreover, their apathetic tone when asked to make it right is most insulting of all.
Recently, they forgot my sodas and when I called to inquire, they told me “it will take a really long time to bring you the sodas”. I’ve grown tired of their mediocrity and apathy. They quote wait times of 40 to 50 minutes, but it’s more like 90 to 120. Maybe they have no self respect or incentive to do a job well.Show lessJamesWyoming

This app is perfect for those cold winter days, hot summer days, busy days, Or just lazy days. I have used it for years and the delivery is always fast and efficient. You can choose from a large range of restaurants and beverages. You can pay easily with WeChat or Cash. Make sure you have your drinks before the delivery person leaves though. The range of restaurants is good. But the food is almost always cold by the time it reaches you. Clearly they don't have enough drivers. And the price is more expensive than any other service. Avoid.FairObjectiveReview

Unreliable
The app is lacking certain necessary aspects such as descriptions of what items are, pictures and an accurate alert service for when food is delivered (it always alerts me about six hours after the food has arrived).
Also, the service itself is unreliable. Late food, cold food, messed up orders, incorrect menus, missing food, limited menu options. Again and again and again. I won't be using this app again.Show lessDooneblue
