The client portal I was looking for
The Clinked platform allows our business to create a dashboard of communications and scheduling with our clients that gives our business a larger feel. The log history is the detailed schedule of how the project progressed.
Highly recommend this app
If you're business is B2B them this is a must have app.
Implementation is easy and customer support is on the ball and there every step of the way.
The app ticks so many of our boxes, from Project Management, task allocation. Reminders to document storage, white labelling, to providing your client with their own dedicated portal.
I have looked at a number of other SAS solutions, and this is by far as close a fit without spending $20k+ customising other apps.
As at Dec 2023, this app has changed the way we nurture relationships and manage project delivery!

Easy client portals for onboarding clients and sharing information
Is been a great platform for client portals
Iโve been using the platform for approximately three weeks. Iโve been looking for something that this platform provides for about two years. The cost is a deal when compared to the features that come with the platform.

Great Client Portal App
We have recently switched to Clinked and have been thrilled with the product and the support team. The speed at which we were able to rebrand and put the app into use was fantastic. We highly recommending Clinked for your client portal needs.
Great product, decent app
I like the app okay - I personally use it but don't put my clients on it because I need a white label option. I think the fee being requested is high, but maybe I'm missing what causes the high recurring costs. My alternative for clients was to set up a progressive web app on my branded portal. Does much of the same with zero costs. I wish there was a way to meet in the middle here because I like the overall product. Maybe a branded version of the app that cobrands w/ portal owners, idk.

This is a great application
My clients love Clinked's client site since it offers fewer options than the others, making it easier for them to access their tasks, files, events, and other relevant information. My clients have commented on the app's ease of use when I've used it to transfer sensitive files, which is a big bonus for me.
The notifications and invitations are fantastic. You don't have a hard time deciding who should see what. Scheduling calls is a great feature.
Even if I outgrow it in a few years, it's worth every penny. The amount of time I've saved by not having to search for files or submit the same thing over and over again is well worth the price. I'm happy with this deal, even though it comes with a few restrictions.

Really nice platform
This app has given my small business a real productivity boost. It allows me to move data safely and securely to and from customers. I would recommend the platform and will be revising my business processes to use this on a daily basis.
