Is this app accurate?

I’ve measured the distance from this app to others and this 1 is consistently wrong. Any help would be appreciated. I’ve done the updates already.

I am sorry to hear that the distance is wrong. If you are using a built-in pedometer mode as a sensing method, please adjust your stride in the Settings. (Open Accupedo --> More --> Settings --> Personal Profile --> Walk distance). If you are using Health app as a sensing method, distance is obtained from the Health app. Email us for additional help.

Excellent app

I use this app pretty much every day. It is very user-friendly. And compared to other step apps, a notch above.

No good

Cant convert metric to imperial. Calories burned seems very low in comparison with two other similar apps.

Hi, please use "More" tab --> Personal --> Unit --> then select English. It will start to use imperial unit. Clories burned is calculated based on your body weight. You can adjust your body weight in -->Personal --> Weight. Hope this helps. If this does not work, please let email us (info@accupedo.com). We will review and assist you to resolve it.

Doesn’t work anymore

Even with updates, still doesn’t open. Doesn’t show timeline or amount per day, month, year.. How to fix it. Updates doesn’t change the fact that it doesn’t work.

History

I am paying my first month, but my history option doesn’t work. I can only see steps on the day and it’s not recorded.

Sorry about the history issue and late reply. Do you use "Health App" mode? If yes, please allow all permission that app requests. Accupedo app reads history data from Apple Health App. For more details, please email us (info@accupedo.com). We will further assist you.
