We are sorry for the issue. In general, syncing with a watch is managed by iOS and iWatch OS and its cycle is optimized for batter saving purpose. Would you please email us (info@accupedo.com) with more details? We will review and assist you to resolve the issue.
Won’t give current information on Apple Watch

I am sorry to hear that step count complication does not update frequently on your Apple Watch. Complication updates are limited by Apple. Apple restricts update cycle on third-party applications to save battery consumption. We are very sorry your experience. Once the permission for Motion & Fitness is granted, the app should start right away. I am not sure why it takes to the setting page again. If you please write us (iaccupedo@gmail.com), we will assist you. Sorry for this late replying back too.

Renewal issue

Thank you for using Accupedo. The subscription is all managed by Apple Store app although it is initiated by Accupedo. You can check by following. - Open App Store app - Select your profile (icon on the upper right conner) - You will see Subscription menu. My understanding is that App Store system should not allow charging twice. If that happens, please email us (iaccupedo@gmail.com) or report Apple Store.

We are very sorry any inconvenience caused. If updating did not fix, would you please uninstall then re-install the app? In case database file is somehow damaged, re-installing can help. For more information, please email us iaccupedo@gmail.com. We can further assist you.

Thanks for your review and sorry about what happened to the data. There is a way you can still see your past data. Please do this. Open Accupedo --> More --> Settings --> Sensing Method --> Select "Health App" mode. This way, app will read data from Apple Health App and you will see your data from it. Please let us know the result.
