Some usefulness, many errors

The app is useful, when it works. I’ve had it on iPhone and android, and claims that appear online when I log on with a computer don’t show up on the app. Lots of errors, as an example, sometimes the find a provider feature works and sometimes it doesn’t. The spending tracking isn’t accurate as it shows out of network and in network spending as being the same (my understanding is they don’t count toward each other, but I could be wrong about that).

Doesn’t work

Gave one star because I can’t give it zero. From day one of downloading the app, it’s never worked. I deleted it and re-downloaded it, still doesn’t work. Absolute junk.

Problems registering

When I go to register my account, this app pulls up BCBSIL and will not let me register my account for New Mexico. It states I am unable to register and it will not let me log in with my normal website password.

Very good

Surprisingly organized, could find all my visits, receipts, explanations of costs and coverage. Also good for showing evidence of having BCBSNM.

Cannot Access

Have attempted multiple times but am told that my account is not permitted access.

Not accessible!

I registered online through computer and everything was set. I tried to log on this app and it said I do not have permission to get in!

Good idea

Good idea but so far it only had info on claims and nothing on deductibles and such. Needs to be developed more before releasing.

Update 4.1.5 disables the app. Trash.

The app no longer recognizes my userid and password. The app is useless.

Needs some work

The interface is great. It's a shame the only thing that works is the "claims" tab. The deductible and out of pocket graph looks cool but has always said zero for both. The spending tab has an error message and there is no information about coverage or costs. I hope they fix this because it could be very useful, I will update review if they do.
