Doesn’t work
Gave one star because I can’t give it zero. From day one of downloading the app, it’s never worked. I deleted it and re-downloaded it, still doesn’t work. Absolute junk.1disappointedgirl

When I go to register my account, this app pulls up BCBSIL and will not let me register my account for New Mexico. It states I am unable to register and it will not let me log in with my normal website password.Curly girl 04

Surprisingly organized, could find all my visits, receipts, explanations of costs and coverage. Also good for showing evidence of having BCBSNM.apater1

I registered online through computer and everything was set. I tried to log on this app and it said I do not have permission to get in!FoxZia38

Good idea but so far it only had info on claims and nothing on deductibles and such. Needs to be developed more before releasing.Tiz1234536
Update 4.1.5 disables the app. Trash.
The app no longer recognizes my userid and password. The app is useless.fjpoblam
Needs some work
The interface is great. It's a shame the only thing that works is the "claims" tab. The deductible and out of pocket graph looks cool but has always said zero for both. The spending tab has an error message and there is no information about coverage or costs. I hope they fix this because it could be very useful, I will update review if they do.Show less@ndr3w22
Pretty worthless
Fits well with BCBSNM general lack of customer service when you need them. Link to providers only provides blank screen. Sad to see a once well respected organization fall so low.OldmanDon
