Excellent app

Exchange Bank app is quite good. There are some little things that I don’t like but overall it is reliable and very valuable to me. As a professional software designer for most of my career, I am often a bit more critical of software designs than other people. But this app lets me get almost all of my banking done without difficulty, and mostly with ease.

Ease of use and so handy

I love the Exchange Bank app because it is so easy to use and is accessible from anywhere. I can see activity whenever I need to and make updates to my personal records and have all of my accounts in one place. Nice job Exchange Bank, our local, dependable, awesome institution with I same bells and whistles as the big banks!

Exchange Bank Rules

I love the fact that you gave me a scholarship in 1975 to attend Santa Rosa Junior College.

I love that you took good care of many of my four children who bank with you and did bank with you while they were growing up.

I love that you gave me and my husband a loan during the devestating fires in Sonoma County. A nd you gave me a second loan to buy land.

Most of your app is easy to use and understand so of course I love it. The only part I had trouble with was linking your Elan credit card to the app.

If some banker can meet with me to link it and help me to lower my interest rates — now or how to get that to happen, I would love it.

Either way — THANK YOU EXCHANGE BANK.

Pretty bad banking experience the app hasn’t helped any either

The app would not send my bills on time. Then only a few months after I had the account my car didn’t work anymore so I went in and ordered a new card which they put on hold for some kind of fraud claim even though I went in in person with my face and my drivers license. My passport, and the lady knows me. So now I have to go through a bunch of crap to undo my account so obviously I’m changing banks they were kind enough to give me my money when I went in in person, but they won’t unlock my card right away. I have to do that on the phone with somebody.

Needs work on security features

If you send the same wrong password three times, then you are locked out. Why not make the security features smarter? Why lock out users for brain farts or fat fingers? Why not allow a feature to text you to unlock to try again? I’m worried that I’ll accidentally lock myself out, and EB customer service will be closed. Why not allow other biometric authentication?

Great when things work as designed

I'm a bonehead when it comes to any electronic devices, I have no problem ever checking my account information, sending payments, communicating with bank personnel, it is nothing short of a miracle to be able to do everything an app offers so easily on my phone! Thanks EB, you knocked this one out of the park!!

Great Bank!

I have had the opportunity lately to see how other banks operate thru my children, this has given me insight into just how great Exchange Bank is. Their customer service is remarkable in that they care. Sadly that is not something you find everywhere. I am proud to call Exchange Bank “my bank”!

Its even better as you get to know it.

I’m pleased with the ease with which I can get all kinds of individual totals. The same information now provides more sub-sets. I’m still having problems using some of your options because I can’t figure out how to use them. Are there instructions somewhere? Well, I’ve figured things out and love the ability to deposit by way of my computer. The more I learn the better it gets. Still loving all it offers.

I love the app

I use this app for my banking. All my banking. I monitor my accounts, pay bills, transfer funds between accounts, deposit checks, etc. I had issues when it was first rolled out, but they were my issues not the app. I am a bit slow being 71 yrs old, but managed to figure it out using trial and error. HS

Easy to use!

I have a few different Banking App’s and I find that the Exchange Banks app is very easy to navigate, quick to load and it provides all the services you’d expect from a bank.
