I love the app
I use this app for my banking. All my banking. I monitor my accounts, pay bills, transfer funds between accounts, deposit checks, etc. I had issues when it was first rolled out, but they were my issues not the app. I am a bit slow being 71 yrs old, but managed to figure it out using trial and error. Difficult to use mobile check deposit
I often have trouble taking photos of the checks I want to deposit. Sometimes I get error messages over and over until I give up and mail the deposit. I also use BOA mobile check deposit and almost never get an error message about the check photos.
Easier than other banks
I have never had a problem with Mobile Deposits at Exchange Bank! With Other banks it seems that I have to try 2-3 times before it goes through and is verified.
Mostly good. Would like to remove unnecessary accounts. Bill pay often is confusing
When using Bill pay, which I often do, sometimes the opportunity to “submit”or”pay” comes n different places- or not. I have bought I’ve completed a transaction only to discover I have not, in fact, paid a bill- or worse, taxes Thank you

Great improvement!
Your new online banking app is intuitive and easy to use. One minor issue is the bill payment section. I think the pending bill payments should display at the top of the screen in the mobile app. Also, when a bill paid this way is being processed, it doesn’t show up in either the pending bills area or as a pending debit in the account for at least a day. I find that info gap kind of awkward. Isn’t there a way to show that the payment is in process?

Great when things work as designed
I'm a bonehead when it comes to any electronic devices, I have no problem ever checking my account information, sending payments, communicating with bank personnel, it is nothing short of a miracle to be able to do everything an app offers so easily on my phone! Thanks EB, you knocked this one out of the park!!

Website and banking locations
The website is great now! Much easier to use than before. Please reopen the Yulupa Ave bank as many customers live out in Bennett Valley and rely on this location to do all their banking. Thank you for your consideration!
Great App
I love the convenience of mobile deposits. And I like monitoring accounts and even transferring funds from my smartphone. The addition of budgeting tools on the phone would make this even better, but very few banks are doing that, yet. Overall, I’m very happy with the app
Its even better as you get to know it.
I’m pleased with the ease with which I can get all kinds of individual totals. The same information now provides more sub-sets. I’m still having problems using some of your options because I can’t figure out how to use them. Are there instructions somewhere? Well, I’ve figured things out and love the ability to deposit by way of my computer. The more I learn the better it gets. Still loving all it offers.
