Good magazine but not so good app
The app layout is quite simple and straightforward. Initial impression is that it’ll be easy to use. However, after making subscription (that part is easy and swift), the download takes quite a while. Only if the reading experience would be smoother!
Online subscription issues
Whilst I love the magazine, issues persist with my online subscription. I’ve been unable to access it for about 3 weeks and was told by mag shop that it’s an AP issue that is out of their control and it should be fixed soon. Meanwhile, I cannot open the new magazine or any of my previously paid for and downloaded magazines.

No family sharing
I wish I didn’t have to log out of my work account and into my personal account every month just to download this magazine… please enable family sharing of the subscription.
Not happening for me
I’m a new subscriber. February’s issue has only just appeared and now my subscription is not recognised and I’m being asked to pay for it. I have been dealing with your team who have been good, but this has been going on for a month.
Awful App
It’s been nothing but a terrible experience. Couldn’t get the subscription to start emailed constantly with no reply. Finally got the password issue fixed by Magshop. Now I can’t seem to read any issues months later given up. Login go to Download an issue get logged out loop repeat loop repeat. Disaster of an app. I think I’ve been able to access 2 issues without issues but now can’t read them as I’m constantly logged out.

I must say, thank goodness they have gone with a new app provider. Similar to the other reviewers, my app kept crashing back in August. I haven’t experienced the issue since! Finally, I can enjoy the amazing content in peace.
New app
The new app is a huge improvement. I love the content.
Application keeps crashing
User interface is poor hard to navigate, application keeps crashing. No response from contact centre team. I am struggling to get my money back. RIP OFF
App continually crashes
App is unusable. Real shame as the content of the magazine is top quality. Would be interested to hear how I can access this subscription via an alternate digital route.
