Lifestyle helping app

I do rely on this app frequently for my food prep. Helps me to have a balanced diet and feel good. I do strongly recommend. When I used to live in Australia I downloaded the pro app which here in uk I am not able 😔 I do miss that, as was so professional developed app. This version is ok, does the job!

Not user friendly

This doesn’t seem to be intuitive at all. I just want an app that allows me to enter my meals and calculate the blocks. It just keeps flipping back to asking me for measurements. A waste of money unless you can give me a decent tutorial!

Worst app ever!

The app will not change languages. The person responding to my emails doesn’t believe me, as I am telling them it will not change and stay in English. They also told me in a third email that they can not refund me. They said I have to contact the App Store, which is fine, but why not say that to begin with? The graphics are bland and old. The directions will not change to English. I should have trusted my gut not to buy this based on its previous reviews, but I did because I couldn’t find anything else out there for the zone diet. Lesson learned and money lost. Don’t make the same mistake.

In the meanwhile could help us to understand why the application isn’t working properly? Can you send us print screen or a video or a description about the behaviour? Useless foe USA

I am not sure if this works in other countries, but for the United States it is a waste. Additionally, the ap is very confusing, and not at all interactive. Don’t wast your money

Bad user interface

The zone diet is great. This app is not.

I couldn’t figure out how to enter something as simple as 2 eggs for breakfast.

Zone Diet App

I have had the app for less than 24 hours and it completely shuts down when I try to access my Meal History.

Brilliant Customer Service

Since my initial review the app developer has been in regular contact trying to resolve my concerns. I’m not yet 100% convinced, but can’t fault the developer for listening, and now really want to help where I can.
