Reviews of Alaska Voice

  • Great, when it works

I love the ability to use my personal phone to make work calls from home without my personal number, but like others, I have network audio issues about 75% of the time so I end up calling people back with my personal number.
  • My phone never rings

I work remotely and only about 10% of the calls actually ring and allow me to answer. Most of the time my phone just alerts that I’ve missed a call. I’ve tried submitting tickets to ACS through the app to help see if it’s a setting I need to change and there has been ZERO response from them. So frustrating, especially since there aren’t any other options for providers.

  • Sometimes rings

Even when I have the app open on my cell phone and the screen is on, calls go directly to voicemail and I can’t figure out why. Sometimes it works perfect, sometimes I miss important calls. It’s a 50/50 shot. Something so simple and the main feature/reason for the app shouldn’t have that kind of failure rate. I’m 38 and fairly tech savvy so this app is a huge miss for me.
