Dear Customer My apologies for the issues which you are experiencing with the Apps at the moment. Regarding the iPad App we are not aware of any issues with incompatibility with iOS 9, I would recommend checking your settings for the device in your App. We are also not aware of any specific issues with the iPhone App, please note if you are trying to view up to 16 channels at one given time this will taxing on your RAM, if you leave the images running in the background this will use up battery life. Please note launching images on the App is probably an issue with bandwidth from your mobile device to the DVR which you are viewing as internet bandwidth speeds will need to be accounted for.
