  • Apple Watch

    I like this app but really wish it worked with Apple Watch. I have to carry my iPhone for the app to pick up my steps. I have the pedometer app on my Apple Watch but Wellframe doesn’t pick them up. It doesn’t pick up from my activity app either.
  • Communication

    I like the way I am able to communicate with my Case Manager (Renee) right away and know she will get back to me without needing to wait on a phone or leave a voicemail. Wellframe is very user friendly and convenient! Thank you
  • Doesn’t link to FitBit or Apple watch.

    The activity tracking is a nice idea, but although I always have my phone near me it’s not usually in my pocket (women’s pants don’t always have pockets) so linking to a FitBit or Apple watch would be more useful for tracking. Plus, those can track your weight and heartbeat, etc.
  • Love the app.

    Very helpful app the person assigned to me is very caring when it comes to her customers service. I’m very comfortable twitch all the girls who work my case. I do recommend this app!!!
  • Edit options

    There are occasions when I miss the midnight cutoff and can’t edit my results, so the information in my file isn’t accurate.
  • The best medicine I’ve had in a long, long time!

    This app has provided me with the information sent after consults with a nurse and a dietician - both who have helped me immensely with the many health issues I have been experiencing. The information they have sent has been essential to me living my best life possible!
  • Wellframe

    Easy-peasy to use! Love the case manager chat feature. Frankly, Wellframe makes it simple. And that is what I need: simple. The rest is up to me!
  • My health

    This app has been very helpful in keeping me on a health conscious track along with a diet. It gives meals and recipes with the meals so you can make good health conscious decisions.
    The app. will provide my health records, physical condition, and medical records to other doctors and physicians as needed, with your consent. This is only outside of the Think Whole Care Service. Inside the Think Whole Care System your records are shared only with licensed staff and doctors. This makes it very easy when going from one doctor to another.
    You don’t have to fill out a lot of medical information, and medicine list that you have no idea of what you are taken. You see iris all in your phone, medical records, health records, and a list of your current meds.
    I probably be lost with out it. If I get a new phone I hope that all my records will be transferred to the new phone as the phone company says.

  • Worked for a while then stopped. One useful feature

    After working reasonably well, although inflexibly and without much in the way of useful features, the app crapped the bed this morning. It no longer tracks physical activity which is one of my rehab goals, provides perc tube maintenance reminders, or medication reminders. Restarted, reinstalled, logged in and out; the usual fixes, but it’s broken. iOS on my phone is up to date. When it was working, it disappointed because previous days’ activity could not be reviewed, changes in medication reminders would not take effect until the next day, and the whole interface was clunky. Basically it’s free, but you get what you pay for: a simplistic, inflexible, feature-limited app that randomly stops working (what little it did do). It only gets 2 stars because it does provide, in-app, a direct means to connect with my treatment team. Like a hundred other communication apps, but it was integrated and direct.
