Glitch
There now seems to be a glitch when doing either estimates or invoices.
When going to send the details, there are some parts missing from the wording and figures are randomly placed accross the page.
Ive deleted and reinstalled the app but the glitch still appears.
Ive searched the app to try and make contact about this issue but not clear how to get this information put forward.

Hi there, thanks for writing your review. Yes we were aware of this bug and it is now been fixed in the update that went out last week. If you update your app then it should be OK now. You can always contact us in support and we should be able to provide you with a workaround or let you know when a bug fix is due to come out. Nearly great.
So I found this.
There’s only one essential feature it really needs - the ability to send invoices directly from the app itself. Not being able to do that is really annoying.

Not really sure why you are having this problem. You certainly can send invoices directly from the iOS and Mac devices. When in your invoice you will see the option to ‘share’ on the Mac and ‘send’ on your iOS device. If you are still unsure, please contact us in support at support.easybooksapp.com and we will be happy to help you and send screenshots of where the buttons are.

Our free trial is for 14 days and you can enter up to 60 transactions. EasyInvoice has in-app purchases after that, so then if customers like it, they can purchase a subscription that allows them unlimited transactions as long as their subscription is valid. As part of the subscription we keep all of our business data safe in our private cloud servers, just in case anything were to happen to your iPhone, iPad or Mac, all of your invoices and estimates would be safe and ready to log into your new device. Obviously a business has to make money to survive but holding customers to ransom is not the way to do it.
FYI... if your going to pay for invoice software make it decent enough to warrant the fee. I’ve switched to quick books and have to say it makes easy invoice look a bit “fisher price, my first invoice software”.

FYI when we signed up to the app there was no mention of a 14day trial... and there still isn’t.
We used the app for over a year and would have been more than happy to pay a yearly subscription (although no where near the ridiculous price you had it up for) until you removed access to my old invoices and basically demanded payment in order to get to them.
We also attempted to contact yourselves in order to rectify the issue but no response so not sure why you have reviews stating “how helpful you are”.
