From bad to terrible ...I would fire that whole team
How is it possible for an app that is already terrible to be even worse with every update? No quality control whatsoever. Nobody is looking at customer feedback. Company should be embarrassed for putting out such crap. I hope the App Store bans it.
- Address bar DOES NOT LOAD MAPS OR ADDRESSES!!!
- STILL (3 years after reporting it) no way to tell how close the vehicles are to entered destination (in minutes). This is in their desktop version for 5 years now.
Worthless app because of how terrible it is they won’t get a 30 vehicle account. Avoid it like the plaque.

Stop times
The old app had a red dot when the vehicle stopped for more than about 3 minutes. It was easy for me to determine how long they spent working at any given location. The new app is useless in this regard. I have absolutely no data besides how long it takes then to travel. Travel times are not important in my business, working times are. Very disappointed. Need this fixed ASAP.

Need update
After the most recent update when tracking vehicles at now has a 10 to 12 minute lag and you can not get instant results. This needs to be corrected ASAP I can refresh over and over and over and it still tells me that my vehicle has not updated in 10 to 12 minutes

The new version is great and really like the details. The look is greatly improved.
Map first is nice but what happened to refresh?
The new map first idea is helpful but without the ability to refresh my screen and see real time data it defeats the purpose. Id rather click once to get to map and be able to refresh than have the map first and have to exit the app every time i want a real-time refresh.
New version not as good as old
The new version of software is slow and lethargic. Also, you no longer have the refresh button. On the old app, you could press reset and find the current location of a vehicle. The new version will show current location on the general map, but if you select on a specific vehicle, it will give you info from 20 minutes before. Bummer

Not dependable
Seems to go out for no reason, I haven't had service for almost 2 weeks, waste of money. When it's gone out before I have to refresh it many times to bring it to the present, it's just not well done.
Like the old one better
Don't like the new version because it does not show the address or city where vehicle is if you make it better leave the old features there don't take them out
Finally a MUCH NEEDED new update :-)
The last update has some nice features, however was still filled with bigs. I sent an inquiry to Linxup about the buggy update, but I received absolutely no response. UPDATE 10/13. Nice update! Hope the bugs are squashed. Updated from a 1 star to a 3 star.
