Used to work
It used to work, but now the app just crashes after clicking map even after reinstalling. Makes the device worthless. Time to cancel service
Don't like latest update
On the previous version, I simply launched the app and was taken directly to the map. On the New version (December 16, 2014), I have to push four buttons before I can see any map. I thought the purpose of new updates was to make things better and the user interface more customer friendly... This definitely seems like a step backwards. Please consider going back to allowing the user to see the "current location map" as soon as the app is launched.

Disappointing
Although this system works 85% of the time that is not good enough. Many times it says vehicle is where it is not.
They rarely respond to complaints and when they do they claim installation was wrong? Strange how installation was correct 85% of time.

Great app, it just needs to save the login, as soon as you go to a different page on the app, you have to login again
Amazing app
This is an amazing app! I have used GPS systems in the past (asset tracker) that have cost me more than 6k a year. I get the same quality if not better from linxup, at least there is a mobile app for the program (unlike others).I haven't found any system for the cost, that works as well as this one. I currently have 9 vehicles I use on this system. Great app!

It could be better
I like the simplicity of the app but it would be nice to be able to see the physical address of the vehicle on the app like you can on the website.
