Very unreliable. When working it has a very narrow angle of view - 60 deg. - which means you get very limited coverage. My one, MH20, has no microphone or speaker, cannot record. Refresh rate poor so movement is jerky. Good picture quality - when it's working. System looses signal from camera and it has to be reset by connecting to the LAN. So, up a ladder, unscrew box which houses connectors, unscrew camera from mount, do reset, repeat the following hour/day or whatever. Return to shop for refund. Rubbish.Show lessRich TR T

This app is fine: when it sometimes works. Or, should I say, when/if the cameras actually work?!
Constant issues connecting to webcams. "Failed to get information from device: no address" error messages.
Fix: unplug camera and try again. ...a bit hard to do when you're hundreds of kilometres away!Show lessScotty down_under
Terrible
I must admit, I haven't tried any other IP camera's, but if they're as poor as this one, I will be very disappointed - very limited use as a security device. I CAN see people and objects, but the image is so pixilated that you cannot make out WHO they are or WHAT they are doing - that's on 720 mode. On High, the bottom third of the picture is non existent (looks as if the scan runs out of steam before it gets to the bottom of the picture) - maybe there's a fault with mine - I'll be taking it back tomorrow.
Connecting the camera is not easy either. If you disconnect the camera, it never seems to re-connect to the same settings, necessitating in another 'add camera' operation, so the setup has to be done when the camera is located in the right position. I have not attempted to set it up using the wifi yet, but I dread to think of the difficulties this will entail, as, you have to get IP address via ethernet (which means the camera has to be near the router, or a huge long cable is required) but then, when ethernet is removed, all settings seem to be lost - maybe it will be different for wifi. Also, the small aerial in the back, does not tighten enough, so it keeps falling down.
To sum up, the poor quality image is enough for me to rate it as not worth the effort.Show lessalibear57
Not happy
Cameras were working great till I did up date now having so many issues with then saying
Failure to get information from device no address
And have tried reloading them on app and still everyone once in a while it works then close it down then open it again and comes up with that error
Wish I never did the latest update
Not sure what else I can do to fix issue until they do another up date to fix this issueShow lessFlutterfly1980
Jan 2016 update - very concerned now!
Since the password note was added to this app on 16 Jan 2016 I have not been able access the camera which was set up for myself and family to be able to monitor our 94 year old mother who resides on her own and who has mobility and health issues. The camera has been a god send and gives us peace of mind. Now all we can do is worry unless the glitch is fixed and fast.

The camera allows for direct connections, as is possible through the browser.
Unfortunately it seems impossible to get the app to do that.
As such, the app is useless; not going through some third party with my home's video stream.Nai-De

Open app to add settings. Finds camera, wont set. Say always. Trouble loading.Sholts86

This app drives me nuts! It only connects to the camera 20% of the time that I try to use it. So unstable it's ridiculoussnickleyim
