Not Good
I have tried repeatedly to use the mobile check deposit and it does not work. Was told to update app or remove app and reinstall and it should work. No update and after deleting and reinstalling still get the same notification to login on mobile app. Thinking about switching banks altogether due to the inconvenience and no ATMs at bank locations in my area.Show lessjnalivestrong
B1 bank check deposit
I’ve been trying to deposit checks into my account using the online banking. The app keeps telling me to download the app in order to do deposits, but the app is already downloaded. Can someone help ? Because they charge $ if deposits doesn’t happen every month..riah234

Update: After B1Bank took over, things are getting better. Haven’t encountered any problems lately but will have to wait for higher ratings.Sonidasonu
